| March 14: Nice day for racing, which saw the return
of the Chuckster, albeit still without a boat. Chuck did the courses and
Hans and Lou ran the committee boat. The first was simple enough going
windward leeward. Then a starboard triangle, then a Harry Connick, Jr., then
up to Ryans and back (ask Tim about that one), and finally a 'round Cornelius
in the high tide. Other than the disaster up the channel, Tim got the best
of it with three firsts and Pete and Rollie had the other two. Wind
southerly pretty steady at about 8 knots, with small shifts. |
