wingdinghiers

The above was taken in 1962 at Sachems Head. The WYC frostbiters, at that time, were known as the Wingdinghiers and they sailed Haggerty Sea Shell prams. In the first row are Win Aldrich, Ken Payne, Gordon Caldwell, John Heard, Al Henry, and Bill Revkin. In the back row are one unidentified, Merrill Lincoln, Ron Loring, Dick False, Skip Whyte, and Rollie Whyte. Photo courtesy of Bill Revkin who now lives in Stuart, FL with a little help from Rollie and Skip Whyte. Thanks Bill, Rollie & Skip!

Two Dogs available: #99 for $550 and #44 for $850. Contact Ryan Mullins 886-4401, 824-4727.

Chuck's photos of 11/25/07

April 13: Sadly, Spring has come and we are at the end of the frostbite season. Today was a prefect day for it with a reasonably steady WNW wind at 5-10 knots most of the time. The last race we went around Cornelius Island (clockwise!). Newbie Skip had three firsts and won the day, with Laura coming in second and Peter third. Hans and Bob's Chinese visitor manned the committee boat. See you all next fall (how does November 8 sound?).
